We stand by our products and will gladly refund or exchange any product for defects that might have slipped past us. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will repair or replace it (at no cost to you) and cover return shipping expenses.
If you’re unsure or unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to make it right.
Our aim is to leave you completely satisfied, so if there is something that can be done, that is fair and reasonable for us both, we will make it happen!
Please keep in mind that the color and grain of leather can vary from item to item and will also change over time as it is used and exposed to every day life, so this can’t be considered a defect.
Clearance items are also final sale.
